We have held this one back
The guaranteed analysis we collected does not hold together — energy works out at 708 kcal/kg dry matter. Converting a wrong figure produces a wrong conclusion, so no dry-matter conversion or profile comparison was run.
We do not silently correct the numbers. Read the exact figures off the back of the bag. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
Who it suits, and when
- As a topper when appetite is low
Two animals of the same weight can need different amounts depending on age, activity and whether they are neutered. Work out the actual portion in the feeding calculator.
What to feed alongside
Being dry food, little water comes in with the meal. Keep fresh water available, and consider adding wet food on top.
Without moisture there is no way to compare this against another food. Check the guaranteed analysis on the back of the bag.
Not stated · Calcium · Phosphorus — you can read these off the back of the bag.
Profile · AAFCO Dog and Cat Food Nutrient Profiles (2016) · A guaranteed analysis states guarantees, so the dry-matter figures are approximations too.
