When I first went in, I came to an unmanned pension without a host, so I didn't get to experience any kindness. The heating didn't work well and the hot water was lukewarm. The toilet flush pressure was weak, so I used it anxiously worrying it might get clogged. I'm just leaving with accumulated fatigue
