I do not recommend this place for people like me. I chose it based on online ads and reviews, but the cleaning condition was terrible with hairs scattered all over the room floor. When I called the owner, they just said sorry and took no other action. Especially, check-in instructions were inadequate, so I wandered around carrying heavy bags and finally managed to get into the room with the help of part-time workers at the café, which was a total disappointment. Another room at the entrance didn't have proper heating, and when I checked, there was an electric heater in the corner. There were no paper cups in the room, so when I called the owner, they told me to go downstairs where they were provided. Especially, the fact that the owner does not stay on-site was very inconvenient. I couldn't shake the feeling that they are running a business with minimal effort. Also, there were no places to eat breakfast nearby, so I ended up going all the way to Deulan-gil to eat.

Highly recommended for anyone going near Palgongsan. I liked the accommodation and my cat loved it too. The 1st floor brunch café has great food and atmosphere. It's a place I want to visit again if I get the chance.
