1. Stay Guide
1) Please keep your dog on a leash when moving outside the hotel.
2) If a service requiring staff to visit the room is needed, the dog must be placed in a crate or wear a leash (1.5M) for its safety.
3) Accompanied dogs must never be left alone inside or outside the room, and the hotel and staff are not responsible for accidents and loss of accompanied dogs due to the guardian's carelessness.
4) Dogs that show severe barking and aggression toward other dogs or people, legal fighting dogs, and other highly aggressive breeds are not allowed to stay or use services.
5) If an accompanied dog causes damage or an accident to other guests and dogs, resolution between the parties is the principle, and the hotel and staff cannot be held responsible.
6) Excrement must be cleaned up immediately when eliminating inside or outside the hotel.
7) You are fully responsible for damage or injury to the hotel caused by your dog during your stay, and you are also fully responsible for other guests or staff injured by your dog, and are considered to agree to indemnify the "hotel entity" for actual losses, demands, damages, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including agent, attorney fees, and litigation costs) arising in connection with the dog staying at the hotel.
8) 1 house-trained dog under 13 kg (Maximum 2 dogs / ₩30,000 additional fee for 1 extra dog)
9) Dogs that have completed combination vaccines and rabies vaccination within 2 years (Supporting document: Vaccination confirmation certificate or pet health record book (app))
10) Dogs that are not registered as pets with local governments are not allowed to stay or use services.
11) Amenities provided in the rooms are the property of the resort, and a fee may be charged if they are lost.

1. 투숙 안내
1) 호텔 외부 이동 시 반려견의 목줄을 착용해 주시기 바랍니다.
2) 객실 내 직원이 방문하는 서비스가 필요할 시 반려견의 안전을 위하여 반드시 케이지 안 또는 목줄(1.5M) 착용이 되어야 합니다.
3) 객실 내, 외부에 동반 반려견을 절대 혼자 두어서는 안 되며, 보호자의 부주의로 인한 사고 및 동반 반려견 분실에 대해서는 호텔과 직원이 책임을 지지 않습니다.
4) 다른 반려견 또는 사람에게 심한 짖음과 공격성을 보이는 반려견 및 법적 맹견, 기타 공격성 강한 견종은 투숙 및 서비스 이용 불가합니다.
5) 동반 반려견이 다른 고객과 반려견에게 피해를 주거나 사고가 발생한 경우 당사자 간의 해결을 원칙으로 하고, 호텔과 직원에게 책임을 물을 수 없습니다.
6) 호텔 내, 외부에서 배변 시 배설물은 바로 치워야 합니다.
7) 투숙 시 반려견으로 인한 호텔의 손상 혹은 피해에 대해 전적으로 책임을 지고, 반려견으로 인해 피해를 입은 다른 고객이나 직원에 대해서도 전적으로 책임을 져야 하며, 호텔에 반려견이 투숙하는 것과 관련하여 발생한 실제 손실, 요구, 피해, 책임, 경비 및 비용(대리인. 변호사 수수료 및 소송 비용 포함)에 대하여 “호텔 주체”를 위해 변상함에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.
8) 13kg 미만 이하의 길들여진 반려견 1마리 (최대 2마리 / 1마리 추가요금 30,000원)
9) 2년 이내 접종한 종합 백신, 광견병 접종이 완료된 반려견 (증빙서류 : 접종 확인증 또는 반려견 수첩(어플)
10) 지자체에 반려동물 등록이 되지 않은 반려견은 투숙 및 서비스 이용 불가합니다.
11) 객실 내 비치 된 어메니티는 리조트의 자산이므로 분실 시 비용이 청구 될 수 있습니다.
