Right as we arrived at the end of an alley where you'd think "Is there really a pension in a place like this??", we saw the BBQ corner and spacious yard just like the pictures, along with a decent parking lot that could fit about 8 to 10 cars. I thought this was more than enough, but considering we had 2 cats and a lot of luggage to carry, the owner very kindly assigned us a room with a short route to the parking lot. We hope the owner and Beach Pension, who gave us so much help and joy during our stay, continue to thrive and be happy.

I slept in a weird place the day before and was in a somewhat bad mood, but the owner of Donghae Star Beach made me feel better! The owner is truly as kind as the reviews say and dotes on the dogs. Above all, we only bought raw fish to go without knowing, and he even brought us wasabi, soy sauce, and red pepper paste ㅠㅠ Even though we could have gone to the mart, he brought them directly in a dish so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. We were in a situation where we had to re-park our car, and he even parked it for us instead. Honestly, it must have been a hassle, but he did it with genuine joy!! Both my parents and my husband said this was so great and that we should come here next time too. The beach is right in front! Literally a 3-minute walk? The mart is also a 1-minute cut right away, and above all, the price is really cost-effective + it's clean and the water pressure is great. The accommodation we stayed at the day before was over 4 times the price and really terrible, and we even had an accident so we were hesitating, but we slept deeply and rested really well. At night, the night view of the barbecue area is pretty, and dog pee pads are provided, so for us who suddenly ended up staying an extra night, it was a wonderful trip!
