[Waitlist Reservation] In the case of products on waitlist status, a separate reservation number will be sent once the reservation is confirmed.
If the reservation is not possible, you will be notified separately via text message, and the amount paid will be fully refunded.

Family / Suite: Includes 1 dog (up to 1 additional dog allowed), additional fee of ₩30,000 per dog (pay at property)
-Only small/medium dogs weighing 15 kg or under can check in (however, legally designated fighting dogs/other highly aggressive breeds are not allowed to stay)
-5-core vaccinations
-Only dogs that have completed rabies vaccination within the past 2 years / DHPP vaccination within the past 2 years can check in (vaccination certificate will be checked upon check-in)
-Dogs under 5 months of age cannot check in (however, dogs that have completed rabies vaccination are allowed)

Items provided during stay: cushion, food bowl, pee tray/pad, deodorant, wet wipes, lint roller, leash (leashes available for rent at the front desk)
In elevators and guest room hallways, use a stroller or bag, and you must carry your dog
When moving in other public areas, leashes are mandatory in accordance with the Animal Protection Act, leash length maximum 1.5 m or less
Leaving only the dog unattended in the room and going out will result in checkout (safety accidents, barking due to separation anxiety, etc.)
F&B outlets not accessible
Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately by the customer anywhere in the resort/hotel
Checkout will be enforced if they cause inconvenience to other guests and dogs by excessive barking, showing aggressiveness, etc.

투숙 시 제공 물품: 방석, 식기, 배변판/패드, 탈취제, 물티슈, 롤러 테이프, 리드줄(리드줄 프런트 대여)
엘리베이터, 객실 복도에서는 유모차, 가방 이용, 반드시 반려견을 안고 이동
그 외 공공지역 이동시 동물보호법에 의거 목줄착용필수, 목줄길이 최대 1.5m 이내
객실 내 반려견만 남겨두고 외출시 퇴실 조치(안전사고, 분리불안으로 인한 짖음 등)
식음업장 이용불가
리조트/호텔 전 지역에서 반려견 배변 시 배설물은 고객이 직접 바로 치워야 함
다른 고객 및 반려견에게 심한 짖음, 공격성을 보이는 등으로 피해를 줄 경우 퇴실 조치
