-The 5 major fierce dogs designated by the Animal Protection Act (American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Tosa Inu) and mixed breeds with them are not allowed.
-Dogs are prohibited from swimming in the mini swimming pool and whirlpool.
-A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Violation of this may result in forced eviction without refund.
