Pros - The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained. - Both the owner and his wife are kind. - The shared lawn yard is spacious and well-kept. - There is a small convenience store, so you can buy things in a hurry. - The barbecue area is private, well-set-up, and large, which was great. Cons - Cockroaches appeared inside the accommodation (they said country cockroaches are unavoidable). - When the owner was absent, the owner's wife's preparation of charcoal was inadequate. She prepared the barbecue, but the charcoal was completely dead and the amount was too small, so while grilling meat it wouldn't cook at all. When I inquired, she added more charcoal, but even then the amount was small so the pork wouldn't cook, we just gave up on it and grilled a little bit of beef. Usually when the owner does it, he seems to do a good job, so if you visit you probably don't need to worry. It seems like a good accommodation if only the cockroach issue is resolved.
