I'll just state the facts. 1. Even though I asked to turn up the heating, they refused with the nonsense excuse that it was because the previous guests left the windows open. 2. One dog is not included in the basic fee; an additional fee of ₩20,000 is charged unconditionally per dog. 3. An adult rate was applied to a 13-month-old baby, resulting in an extra fee of ₩30,000 (we mentioned in advance that a baby was coming, but there was no notification about the additional fee).
