It's the worst. My dog ran around on the grass and came back covered in ticks, so while getting a haircut I caught over 40 of them ㅠ It's the first time I've seen a room this dirty. In the loft, disgusting clumps of long human hair were rolling around. The bedding smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep under it. At least the cleaning and bedding should be... sigh, I won't go back, naturally. Anyway, it was super filthy.
