[Precautions]
· For the safety of your dog, do not leave them alone in the room, and please prohibit breeding activities indoors.
· When moving inside the hotel, please be sure to carry your dog or put them in a cage.
· Dogs shall wear a fixed 1.5m leash in accordance with the Animal Protection Act, and are not allowed to enter facilities outside the checked-in room (Ogamwon Restaurant, Cafe, Seminar Room, Main Auditorium, Noraebang, Pilbong Beer, Sauna).
· You must bear the repair costs for property damage and damage to Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel caused by your dog, and Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel will not be held responsible for any damages incurred at Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel.
· In the event that your accompanied dog causes damage or an accident to other guests and dogs, resolution between the parties is the principle, and please do not hold Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel staff responsible.
· You must understand that you are responsible for all actions of your dog within Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel, and promise to compensate for all measures (lawsuits, damages, losses, expenses) regarding death, injury, or property damage caused by or related to your dog.
· If you violate the requirements and rules of use set by Sancheong Korean Medicine Family Hotel, you must check out without a refund.
· You must check out without a refund even if your dog shows severe barking and aggression towards other dogs and other guests.
· Please note that guests checking in with a dog are subject to all future rules and regulations (dog-related) in addition to the above regulations.
· A penalty fee of ₩300,000 per room will be charged for violations, so please be sure to refer to the precautions.

[유의 사항]
· 반려견의 안전을 위해 객실 내 혼자 두지 않으며, 실내에서 번식활동을 금지해주시기 바랍니다.
· 호텔 내 이동 시 반드시 반려견을 안고 이동을 하시거나 케이지에 넣고 이동해 주시기 바랍니다.
· 반려견은 동물보호법에 의거 고정형 1.5m 리드줄을 착용하며, 입실한 객실 외의 시설(오감원 레스토랑, 카페, 세미나실, 대강당, 노래방, 필봉비어, 사우나)에는 출입이 불가합니다.
· 반려견으로 인해 발생한 산청한방가족호텔의 재산상 피해 및 손상에 대한 수리비용을 부담하셔야 하며, 산청한방가족호텔에서 발생하는 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 산청한방가족호텔 측에서는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
· 동반 반려견이 다른 고객과 반려견에 피해를 주거나 사고가 발생한 경우, 당사자간의 해결을 원칙으로 하며 산청한방가족호텔 직원에게 책임을 묻지 않으시길 바랍니다.
· 고객님은 산청한방가족호텔 내에서 반려견의 모든 행동에 대한 책임이 있다는 것을 숙지하셔야 하며, 반려견이 원인 혹은 연관되어 있는 사망, 상해, 재산상의 피해에 대한 모든 조치(소송, 손상, 송해, 비용)에 대해 배상을 약속하셔야 합니다.
· 산청한방가족호텔에서 정한 요건 및 이용수칙을 위반한 경우에는 환불없이 퇴실하셔야 합니다.
· 다른 반려견 및 다른 고객에게 심한 짖음과 공격성을 보이는 경우에도 환불없이 퇴실하셔야 합니다.
· 반려견과 동반 입실하시는 고객님은 위의 규정 외에 향후 실시될 모든 규칙과 규정(반려견 관련)에 대해서도 대상이 됨을 알려드립니다.
· 위반 시 객실당 30만원의 패널티 금액이 청구되오니 반드시 유의사항을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.
