When I got to the site, they said the 5m x 2.5m x 1m dog swimming pool listed in the accommodation description is not in operation. When I said I came because of the swimming pool, the owner said, "Dogs usually hate swimming anyway." Is it right to make excuses like this to a consumer while not operating a representative facility without prior notice? After ruining my mood in 30 minutes, I asked for a refund, and he said he would give me 20% because he wasted a day, and after begging, he said he would refund 30%. I was dumbfounded to see him talking about 'opportunity cost' even though he didn't provide the service he promised to provide. Thanks to this, I turned my car back and went up to Seoul, wasting my annual leave, gas money, and completely ruining my mood. I hope others never waste time and money being deceived by false information.
