There was one room left in the afternoon, so I quickly finished the reservation. I even received a reservation number. Late at night around 11 PM, I called to go to the accommodation, but the owner said there was no room. I asked what that meant, saying I even received a reservation number, and the owner panicked. They mumbled their words and said they knew a pension nearby and would tell them about it, telling me to go sleep there for the night. So I went, and regardless of the facilities, I had booked a pet pension, but there was nothing related to dogs at all. I paid the money in full and spent a half-asleep, uncomfortable night at a different pension that we didn't book. If the owner had just made a confirmation call, this wouldn't have happened. The way it was handled upset me.
