If they had used the shower while cleaning, they should have replaced it before the customer mentioned it, but only after I requested a replacement did they give me an old one they were already using, not even a new one. They say it's pet-friendly, but the floor is slippery so the dogs kept sliding. They charge the full pet fee per night, but there isn't a single pee pad. Honestly, I've been to many pet-friendly pensions, but this is the first time I've seen such a dog-shambles place. It's also the first place where they carelessly blurt out words to guests.. Even the electric kettle leaked water all over the base so we couldn't even use it. Other than the view, this is the worst place. If you are going with a pet, do not go here at all, absolutely not! This is a place just to make money by charging extra fees for allowing dogs, not a place that actually likes or cares for dogs!! I usually find it too much trouble to write reviews, but after booking a 2-night stay with an acquaintance and my dog with a joyful heart, I experienced the worst and came back. I give 1 star because of the view.
