I really rarely leave reviews, but... I feel like I need to leave one here;; We stayed in room 가람5호, and they said the air conditioner was broken on this hot day so they wouldn't charge us an extra fee and would provide it as a service, so we went in anyway.... The air conditioner in the 2nd-floor bedroom was broken... They brought a portable air cooler.... It blew hot air ㅡㅡ, was noisy, humid, and hot.... There was a chair on top of the bed, like they were trying to fix the air conditioner;;; The bedding didn't look like it was washed properly... The newly received bedding also had reddish stains here and there.... Anyway, we got extra bedding, laid it on the floor in the 1st-floor living room, and all of us huddled together and slept with the dog~~ When I went down to the basement pool... The floor was full of messy stuff, not sure if it was mud or dust... bugs were floating in the water... In the kitchen... when I went to do the dishes... I couldn't find a sponge or dish soap no matter how hard I looked, so I had to ask for them and received them...;;; There was mold on the walls... and the screen doors were all torn ㅡㅡ The next day, as soon as we woke up at 7 AM, we hurriedly packed up and headed home. Room 가람5호 should not take in guests until it has been completely refurbished!!
