The owner was kind, but the room hygiene was poor. The pillowcase had an unknown yellow stain, possibly dog feces, and the dog house still had a pee-soaked pad left behind from another dog, so I had to clean it up myself. Since it is pet-friendly, it was disappointing that there was no bathroom door, as I was worried my dog might get eczema on its paws. The floor was so cold that I tried to use the provided dog cushion, but it was covered in fur and dark spots, so I had no choice but to lay down clothes I brought. The computer keyboard also had a lot of fur, was sticky, and the computer wasn't plugged in, so I had to pull out the main unit and connect it myself... I filled the spa tub with water, but fur and unknown foreign substances were floating around, so I drained the water, cleaned it, and filled it again. I had previously stayed in a regular room instead of a pet-friendly room, and the room condition was good back then. I booked expecting the pet-friendly room to be even cleaner, but I was disappointed that the cleanliness was actually very poor. Unless it's an emergency, I do not recommend it. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the male owner at the front desk was very kind...
