A maximum of 2 pets can accompany you per room. Pets exceeding 11 kg cannot enter, and entering with 2 pets is only possible if both pets are small dogs under 5 kg. There is no elevator from the parking lot, so you have to unload all your luggage before parking. Putting that aside, the room condition was the absolute worst, starting from the smell.. hairs.. sticky bathroom floor.. What is the point of being pet-friendly.. We checked in around 5 PM and looked into other accommodations before going out for dinner.. All reservations were fully booked, so we bit the bullet and went to dinner, but we hated the thought of going back in.. We went in, washed up, and lay down to sleep, but the hallway sensor light was broken and kept turning back on whenever it went off. Do they not check things like this..? Called the front desk and they changed our room -> the smell was even worse. I booked it because an alert popped up on the companion animal app, but it was just so, so terrible. I really wish morning would come quickly. I hated literally everything from start to finish. I should have paid more money and gone somewhere else…
